Call for Applications for ERASMUS+ scholarship for TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING STAFF at Eszerházy K posted at 14 Maret 2017

The Erasmus+ scholarship is available for teaching staff of UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta in the field of


Geography and Environmental Science and for non-teaching staff of the University.


Selected participants can travel to Eszterházy Károly University in Hungary for a week before 20 May 2018 to implement their teaching/ non-teaching work plan there. Teaching staff is required to deliver at least 8 lessons in their respective field.  The program offers 1260 EUR/week (7 day + 2 travel days) scholarship and 1100 EUR travel grant for each participant.

Application criteria


  • The applicant has to be an employee (teaching or administrative staff) of UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta and shall maintain this legal relationship with the home university for the time of the exchange program.
  • Applicants must have at least B2 level English language skills
  • Applicants are required to set up a work plan for one week at EKU in Eger, Hungary (forms can be found here:


How to apply


  • Fill in the Application form
  • Attach the work plan
  • Submit the original documents by deadline  to Dr. Ir. R.R. Rukmowati Brotodjojo, M.Agr.















Selection criteria


Applications are evaluated according to the following criteria:


  • quality of the work plan (0-10 points)
  • professional benefits of the visit for the institution and for the visiting staff (0-10 points)





All applicants will be informed on the selection results within 7 days following the application deadline. Applications might be evaluated as accepted, rejected or reserve. Reserve applicants can participate only if any of the accepted participants withdraw.


Other conditions


  • The host institution issues an official Certificate at the end of the visit,
  • The participating staff receives 70% of the scholarship before departure and receives the rest only after submitting the official reports and certificates listed in the Scholarship Agreement for the Project coordinator.
